ZEL Electornic is a Polish company that has been producing tin removers since 1976.

The removers available on the market at that time had an oversized tip and recoil, generated by a spring and the weight of some structural elements during operation. These vibrations eliminated the use of removers in work with small electronic components. ZEL Electornic lowered the weight of the extractor by introducing the body of aluminum, polycarbonate PC for piston elements, ABS in casing (the first in the world to introduce ABS casing for vacuum tin removers). In 90s, to meet the requirements of customers who worked with fine and precise solders, the company was the first in the world to introduce a recoilless suction device. No recoil was obtained by disconnecting the suction button from the piston element and using a spring stabilizing the button.
