Popular alphanumeric LCD display, powered with the voltage of 5 V. Each of the two lines can display 16 characters. The set includes an I2C converter, thanks to which only two wires are needed to operate the screen - SDA and SCL. Using I2C bus, you can control both the displayed text and the backlight from Arduino sketch, turning them on or off at any time. The board also has a potentiometer to adjust display contrast.
