Returns and Complaints Policy
Returns
You are free to return goods purchased from us within 14 days providing no reason.
We must be notified in advance. To initiate a return, go to a list of your completed orders, select an order and click Return a product button. Then follow instructions provided.
You return goods on your own cost.
No shipment fees that you paid with your order will be returned to you.
In case you make a partial return, i.e. return only a part of your order, the order was delivered to you free of charge and the value of goods that you choose to keep drops below our free delivery threshold, we will deduct the shipping cost that you would pay for delivery of that part of your order alone from the amount refunded to you for goods returned.
For every return a 10% Restocking Fee will be debited of return gross amount. For example, you paid €100 for the order including €10 delivery cost, gross refund amount is €90. You will get €90 - €9 10% Restocking Fee = €81.

Complaints
If the item you bought from us breaks down and you want to raise a warranty complaint, you can do so by using our RMA system. Just go to RMA page and follow instructions provided.
Generally, we will first ask you to describe the issue, we may ask to provide us with some photographs or similar evidence that would help us to determine the nature of the breakdown.
We will then provide with further instructions.
If we request to have the product back with us for repair or replacement, unless otherwise agreed, you should deliver it to us including all elements, in original packaging and at your own cost.
We may need to wait for spare parts be sent to us, or, in some cases, to send the product back to the manufacturer or importer. Warranty period is extended by all time the product would stay with us.
If we find the product beyond repair, we will replace it with the new one or issue a refund.
