Our expert advises
Bluetooth modules are current and power-sensitive modules, therefore, in order to avoid problems, it is recommended to use our advice. When building a wireless speaker, or simply a speaker with a Bluetooth module, the most important thing is power. Additionally, using one power supply to power the Bluetooth module and the amplifier causes noise. If you have encountered similar problems, solder an electrolytic capacitor to the module power input - 5V and GND with a capacity of at least 2000uF. Furthermore, you can use one of the following methods:
I. The best solution, when the module and the amplifier are to be powered from the same voltage source, is to use a DC-DC Step-Down or Step-Up converter, depending on the configuration, and power the module through the converter.
II. Voltage separation. The BT module is powered by an independent power source, and the amplifier by another, which gives us a separate ground on the circuits, which can reduce interference, but we recommend a less invasive and complicated first solution.
