The HW-390 Soil Moisture Sensor works by detecting the moisture capacity of the soil and not resistive as in other moisture sensors. This module has a built-in 3.3V voltage regulator. It is made of corrosion-resistant materials which significantly extends its service life.

I would like to know about unit of ADC value from Aduino. What is the unit of ADC value? (Such as out put ACD value 0-1023 from Aduino)

0-1023 is the result of a call to analogRead() function that returns output of Arduino built-in Analog to Digital converter. The value is proportional to voltage provided to the analog pin (in reference to selected Reference Voltage VREF).
