Dimafix Spray 3D Printer Adhesive Glue - 400ml Aerosol

Dimafix is ​​one of the most popular adhesives on the market. It is designed for printers with a heated work table. Dimafix enables very good adhesion between the printout and the printing bed, it also makes it easier to detach the print from the table.

This adhesive works with materials such as: ABS, PVA, HIPS, PLA or TPE. The adhesion of the substrate is activated above 50°C. When the bed temperature drops below 50°C, the adhesive loses its properties and the models can be easily detached from the substrate. The glue itself is very easy to remove from the substrate. Just wash them with cold water. A 400 ml package, enough for 100 prints!

Zone I - temperature below 65°C: The printout can be easily removed from the table. If the table cools down, the printout should come off by itself
Zone II - temperature 65°C to 75°C: Average adhesive power for straight elements without sharp edges and tips.
Zone III - temperature 75°C to 95°C: A zone of high print adhesion, any shape and size up to 200 mm x 200 mm. Good print quality without curling even with the print cooling turned on. Also good results with long-term printing.
Zone IV - temperature 95°C to 120°C: Maximum adhesion of the printed element, any size and shape without curling. This temperature range guarantees the best quality for sharp edges and tops of the printed element. Also recommended for printing a large number of elements at one time.
