ZPI type insulated wire termination is a clamp connector for electric wires that enables quick and convenient connection or termination of wires with a cross section of 1.5-2.5 mm² (14-16 AWG).
The big advantage of this type of quick release couplings are their small dimensions and water resistance thanks to additional insulation.
It is enough to put the ends of the wires in the sleeve and clamp the middle part with pliers or a crimping tool. The sides should be heated so that they shrink, creating insulation on the cable.
