New C-Stick - Adhesives Do ABS PLA PETG

New C-Stick™ adhesive atomizer - a newly developed preparation for gluing prints to the table of a 3D printer. It comes in a 200ml spray bottle. It works perfectly with glass (ceramic) platforms. It can also be used on other surfaces.

The preparation is completely washable from prints and printer tables with warm water. For a faster effect, you can add a small amount of soap / dishwashing liquid.
Increased adhesion strength for the most popular materials such as: ABS, ASA, PCABS, PET, PETG, PLA.
Easy to remove prints - after the table has cooled down, the prints very gently move away from the surface of the 3D printer table.
Increased preparation efficiency in relation to pressure cans. One package is enough for up to 150 prints.
No dusting when applying the preparation to the 3D printer's worktable.
Preparation based on ethanol, instead of acetone - no acrid odor.
Exponential increase in adhesion to the temperature of the build plate. Higher temperature provides greater adhesion.
Mirror finish of the bottom layer of the print.
It can also be used on perforated tables (e.g. in Zortrax printers), steel or aluminum tables.

Directions for use:

Shake it up.
Apply a thin layer of the preparation on a cool and degreased printer table (temperature below 50 ° C).
Heat up the printer bed and start printing.
After finishing printing, wait when the temperature of the platform is below 40 ° C and remove the printout.

Recommended temperatures for the most popular materials:

PLA: 55-65 ° C
PETG: 70-85 ° C
ABS, ASA: 100-110 ° C
PCABS: 110-120 ° C

The given temperature ranges are the values set in the program generating the G-Code. Due to the thermal conductivity of the materials from which the 3D printer platform is made and the most common location of the temperature measurement sensor, the temperature on the build plate is usually lower than the set temperature. Due to the wide spectrum of available materials and their varieties, design solutions of printer tables - their thermal conductivity and the quality of the measuring sensors themselves, these values are a reference point for the selection of appropriate parameters for a given material and 3D printer.

Four zones of regulated adhesion strength of temperature rise:

20-40 ° C - printouts tear-off zone. The adhesion strength of the prints is very low, thanks to which the printed details easily detach from the build plate, without the need to use a lot of force or tools.
50-70 ° C - the first printing zone. The glue gains adhesive properties that allow the printing of details from filaments with low shrinkage and geometry without sharp transitions on the bottom plane.
70-90 ° C - the second printing zone, characterized by high adhesion strength. Recommended for medium and large prints of any geometry.
90-120 ° C - the third printing zone, where the limit temperature of 120 ° C provides the highest possible adhesive strength, allowing for printing very large and complex details, even from materials with significant shrinkage. Especially recommended for styrene materials (including ABS) and related materials.
