This SIM800L module comes with onboard antenna, works with MicroSim Module for use in sending and receiving SMS, calling for the desired number, connecting to Internet and others but can't be used for voice calls, as no speaker / microphone pins are available.
The pin header follows ESP8266 pinout.
As the peak current required for SIM card to logon to the GSM network is 2A, the board requires a power source more efficient than USB.
