SN74HC00N 74HC00 7400 Quadruple 2-Input NAND Gate - CMOS - DIP14
The SN74HC00 devices contain four independent, 2-input NAND gates. They perform the Boolean function Y = A × B or Y = A + B in positive logic.
The 74HC uses MOSFET technology. Therefore can operate with wider variety of voltages. Power consumption is better than TTL (but increases at higher frequencies). Has better noise margins so can work in noisy environments compared to TTL.
