12-24V 20A Battery Charging Regulator XH-M603 Arduino

The battery charging controller allows for automatic control of battery charging, batteries with a voltage in the range of 12 - 24V. After setting the appropriate voltage value in the module, the module will start the charger, and when it is charged, it will turn it off.
We need a charger for the regulator to work properly. It can be a photovoltaic panel, it is important that it charges with the appropriate voltage.
Technical data:
Input voltage: 10-30V DC
Charging cell output voltage: 12-24V
Control accuracy: 0.1V
Max load: 20A 125VAC, 20A 14VDC
Dimensions: 82 x 59 x 18 mm
Weight: 41 g
Hi William,
yes, this should work with a water wheel, as long as the wheel provides 12-24VDC and current doesn't go above 20A.
Your wheel would in such case work as a charger and the purpose of this board is to disable charging when battery is full and there is no load. Connection diagram is included in product gallery:

Load should be connected to the battery in parallel.
